Transparent & Upfront Pricing
Booking an all-inclusive venue means you know the cost and what your package includes when you sign your contract and pay your deposit. Most all-inclusive event venues are priced by Event Minimums, which means that based on the date and season of your wedding, you will have a pre-determined Event Minimum spend.
We work closely with our couples to choose the best package for their desired wedding and guest experience, helping to select the perfect meal service, bar package, and enhancements within your budget.
Unlike space-rental-only venues, our pricing includes food and bar service, ceremony and reception spaces, centerpiece florals, and a DJ. This means no hidden fees or surprise costs that are not communicated in your contract. Final payments, adjusted to your final guest count, are made a month before the wedding, ensuring you pay accurately for the number of guests attending!
Time-Saving Organization

Streamlined Planning Process
To best save our couples’ time, we’ve streamlined our planning process for you, whether you are two years out from your wedding date or just eight months away. This allows us to keep your planning moving forward, informing you along the way what to expect next.
Here is a snapshot of what to expect from your planning process at one of our venues:
- Vendor Preview (Quarterly): Couples are invited to attend a Vendor Preview based on their wedding date, offering a chance to taste our catering and get ideas for room designs and florals.
- Floral Consultation (6 months out): Our floral stylists will help design your dream centerpieces.
- Detail Meeting (5-6 months out): Meet with your Wedding Coordinator to discuss all the overarching details of your day, package inclusions, timeline, floor plans, and bar offerings.
- DJ Meeting (1-2 months out): Share your music preferences and timeline details with your DJ.
- Final Meeting (30 days out): Confirm the final guest count and finalize any last-minute changes with your Wedding Coordinator.

Within an all-inclusive wedding package at their venue, couples have the privilege of working with an incredible team of experienced in-house vendors. At venues without an all-inclusive package, couples must piece together their own vendor teams. This means coordinating your catering, finding an industry-experienced and venue-familiar DJ, as well as hiring a floral designer for your day. Couples tasked with finding their own vendor teams often stress over contracting teams who are not only available for their day, but also fit the price and style of what they are looking for.
All-inclusive couples, however, are already equipped with a reliable team of vendors who know your venue well and can provide thoughtful recommendations on how to make your wedding taste, look, and sound just how you have dreamt it to be.

- Day of Coordinator- You are assigned a Venue Wedding Coordinator, who has been there through the planning and detailing process will also be there on event day to ensure everything is smooth sailing. They will help coordinate your ceremony and the flow of your day.
Customizable Options and Upgrades
Lastly, booking an all-inclusive venue means customizable enhancement and upgrade options available to every part of your day. We recognize that a couple’s wedding is extremely personal and unique to them, so no two events are the same. We offer upgrades to your menu selections, bar offerings, florals, and even how much time you get during your day at the venue!
